Liquid immersed transformers
TTO
Small and medium distribution transformers with rated power from 25 kVA up to 3150 kVA and primary voltage up to 36 kV.
Possible available construction types are:

They are designed according to the following Standards:

OTN
Power transformers with rated power up to 180 MVA and primary voltage up to 245 kV.

OTR
Rectifier and converter transformers used for industrial applications with power ratings up to 120 MVA, primary voltage up to 170 kV and secondary current up to 50 kA.
They can be used up to 72 pulses.

- Other standards upon specific customer request (e.g., ANSI/IEEE, etc.)
OTF
Furnace transformers with rade power up to 150 MVA, primary voltage up to 72.5 kV and secondary current up to 120 kA.

TTH
Air-insulated transformers with rated power up to 25 MVA and primary voltage up to 40.5 kV.
They are designed according to the following Standards:

Three-phase or single-phase reactors:
- Petersen coils regulated by steps (with no load tap changer)
- Petersen coils stepless (regulated by motordrive)
- Shunt reactors (fixed and variable type)
- Earthing transformers (neutral couplers)
- Series reactors (current limiting reactors, neutral earthing reactors)
- Reactors for special applications (filter tuning, damping, smoothing, furnace, harmonic filtering and power factor correction reactors).
Two different types are available: liquid immersed type and dry-type.
The rated power for liquid immersed type is up to 30/50 MVAr and the insulation level up to 750 kV.
The rated power for dry-type type is up to 15 MVAr and the insulation level up to 200 kV

E4-C5-F1 Certification
SEA cast resin transformers, in the “standard” execution, are certifi ed in
compliance with the IEC 60076-11:2018 standard for the environmental,
climatic and fire resistance classes E2-C2-F1.
Our transformers can be requested even with higher performance technical
features thanks to the certifi cation that SEA has obtained on the same cast
resin transformer for the E4-C5-F1 classes.
